I have been looking for a good after market cooler for my build so I can start overclocking. The problem I have is that all four of my ram slots are filled with G.Skills Ripjawz so there is no clearance for the fan on say the Cooler Master Hyper 212.
1. Can anyone suggest a good one for no more than £60?
2. I also have a 550 Watt power supply, will overclocking my cpu and the installation of an aftermarket cooler mean I am close to maxing out the power draw available from the PSU?
All help is much appreciated.
My pc specs are.

1.hyper 212 evo £30 2. No, its ok
The GTX 680 video card requires a minimum 550w power supply and with what you have currently your close to 500w needed to run what you have and by adding a cpu cooler and overclocking it will put you at or just over 500w so you are getting close. Fortunately you have a good solid brand for a PSU. http://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/tool/psucalc/index.html
With a 212 evo you can switch the fan to the other side and pull the air through the heatsink and that way the fan will not interfere with the ram slots.
