1. What is this machine going to be used for.
2. Get a bigger SSD than 60GB.
3. Unless you are planning to SLi, drop your PSU to 500W. If you are planning to SLi, dont, get a more powerful single card.

My only advice would be to step down to an i5 and spend the saved few dollars on a step up on graphics card. The ssd is small could just use the mechanical until you save for a decent amount of fast storage. I know you will hate life when you have start uninstalling to download new games.
and sli is using multiple graphics cards on one machine(take his advice unless your just trying to take it to the next level like multi flagship card$$$$)

If it is a gaming machine, drop the processor to an i5-3570. That will save you plenty of money to get a better SSD, I would say minimum of 120GB. I made the mistake of getting a 60GB SSD a few years ago for a budget machine and you would be surprised how much slower it was as the SSD began reaching capacity (which it does quickly wich such a small drive.)

Also, SLi is Nvidia's name for taking two compatible graphics cards and bridging them together to boost performance. ATI calls it Crossfire. On the topic of graphics cards, you may want to consider an ATI graphics card. They are typically cheaper for similar performance, but its really personal preference.

Advice on graphics card? Performance to price wise?
I am not very well-versed in which graphics card is good...

Your best bet for graphics card is to calculate your cost with the changes we have proposed and see how much you have left in your budget. Then take a look at this article, see which card falls into your price range and go with it.

As far as best performance/price, I would probably recommend the Radeon HD 7850 at around $200 since you arent expecting to max out everything. With that card though I would probably also recommend that you keep your 600W PSU...they list 500W as a minimum and I always like to have a little more headroom than they recommend, especially when it comes to the power supply.
