Building a new rig, looking for a ideal mobo and some other ideas.

Here's a brief description (and yes, I'm looking for to overclock it)

i5 3570k
Graphics:2x GTX 680
PSU:Seasonic X-1050 Fully Modular 80PLUS Gold 1050W PSU (SS-1050XM Active PFC F3)

rAM:16 gigs of corsair vengence ram (1600).
Case:SilverStone RAVEN RV02B-EW-USB3.0
Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H80i Water Cooler (not entirely decided on this yet)

Now I'm not entirely sure on what direction I want to go with the mobo, my budget is about 150-250ish. I've been looking at z77 sabertooth however I'm really looking for some input.

Also looking at the ASUS Maximus V GENE, from what I read thus far it's been getting pretty decent reviews and is way cheaper in comparison to most higher end boards.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience if mATX boards, so any input would be appreciated.
