Motherboard - Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

Ever since Intel’s introduction of the Z77 chipset, motherboard giant Gigabyte has made huge leaps in in improvements on their motherboards all the way from the budget end to the extreme high end and the Z77X-D3H is a perfect example of what kind of top quality products can be achieved.

With support for PCIe 3.0, SATA 3 6Gb/s, 8 channel integrated audio, Gigabyte’s fully digital power delivery system, and ultra durable 4 features, it’s got a lot going for it.

That said,i did a few builds for friends with it all were extremely pleased. It overclocks great as well.

Gigabyte UD3H hands down. ASRock aren't known for high quality boards. If you want quality boards, and I have used and still own one Gigabyte Z77 board for wife's PC and they are awesome. So go grab he Z77X-UD3H and forget about it. And if you can snag the UD5H on sale then do it.

It's their pricing that got them there. If MSI was to do the same kind of pricing and features then ASRock would be 4th. They are boards are thin and flex easily. I got to see several of their high end boards and they are flimsy to say the least. But they do make it up in features that they add on!

Yeah they are flimsy, but like you said, their features make up for that. The fact that they use slimmer boards means they can afford to add more features and sell the board for less.
