Hello friends, users, admins & moderators. I have a minimum rig spec and I want to update my GFX. For a year I'd been using Nvidia GeForce GT 240 (Sparkle). It was ok. Played lots and lots of games within a year (say latest Tomb Raider 2013, NFS MW2, Hitman Absolution, etc.) with shadows off-min, and FXAA - off... etc. etc. Now my GFX got spoiled (fan coil over-heated) and forced me to buy a new and better Graphics Card early as planned (planned to update this Oct-Nov; say before Battlefield 4 launch date). I have certain GFX in my mind viz. :

1.AMD Radeon™ Sapphire HD 6670 DDR5 (1 GB)
2.AMD Radeon™ HD 6750 Graphics
3.AMD Radeon™ HD 6770 Graphics (slightly better than HD 7750 but requires a good quality 400-450 watts of power supply with one power connector).
4.AMD Radeon™ HD 7750 Graphics 2GB DDR5 (run fine with stock 300 watts of power supply without the need of power connector/I can extend my budget).

Now Im quite confused with the best card according to my limitations. :pt1cable:  And yes I want to buy DDR5 1GB GFX within 8 days which starts from today (10.04.2013) till 17th of this month (17.04.2013).

I have Nvidia GFX so thought of AMD to try on. Heard its gr8 and more over a descent DDR5 Nvidia GFX costs around $300 (Nvidia 560Ti). So no option for me I guess :??: . Just a request to all. Please suggest a descent GFX which can perform effortlessly and durably for atleast max years; and Im not thinking of updating any of my hardwares. :p . Yet suggestions are warm welcome. Im not working; still a student. Right now Im using my system with 800x600 resolution and for the note I must say "It sucks !!!" :kaola: .
Please moderators and friends help me. Waiting eagerly for your advice & suggestions. God Bless. :)

My RIG specs :
AMD FX 4100 Processor
AOC 19" inch (18.5 - 1366x768) Display Unit
Corsair Vengence 4 GB RAM
450W SMPS (PSU)
Asus M5A78L-M LX Motherboard
And compatible mouse & keyboard.

If you're out of pci connectors or only have 1 get either the 7770 or the 650ti boost and certain 7850's are 1 6pin pci, the 7850 should be plenty powerful for a long time at that res if you can get that

Friend first thanks for replying. :)  Now I just have one question in mind. Don't you think they are more than my budget?? Infact I was planning to buy Nvidia 550Ti/650 Ti. But the "prices on their head" just shot an arrow to my knee. Anyways, Sir do you know their latest price (market value)?

902 I think HD 7770 need to have more than 500 WATTs SMPS, where as I have just 450W.

for about $140-$150 your highest value would be a 7790, which is a brand new card from AMD running their Bonair gfx chip which is the next step in GCN...I'm not sure if its fully GCN 2.0.

But you can find some 650 Ti's at the same price range which perform very close to the 7770 and the 7790. You would be fine with either of the cards.

Both of these cards would be overkill for your resolution but would perform well once when your able to upgrade that.

I heard Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7850 1GB GDDR5 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card has low VRAM. My friend has that. Hez not happy with the way he played his GTAIV with "no Ultra Setings". Anyways, I don't understand what he meant. VRAM?? Whats that? Wat is the VRAM for GTX 650 Ti then? :bounce:  :??:

Also note if decide to buy anything "lower" than a 7850 or the 650 it boost (its different from the normal ti) then no need to go over 1gig save your self a few bucks. If you do decide to get teh 7750 just make sure its the GDDR5 memory and again not waist money for the 2gig model buy a 1 gig model.

Friend ikaz your suggestion is truly accepted. Why to waste money when I can update my RAM as well (thinking to update that when my GFX problem is over)?

They all look different. :pfff:

Between those top two cards, it is really just a matter of which one you like better imo. EVGA is a very reputable manufacturer. The important factor is the GPU, which is the NVIDIA GTX 650 ti. They both have the exact same specs about, so really just flip a coin lol.

Thats what I heard my friend. EVGA indeed is a very reputable manufacturer. But I kindda doubt EVGA 01G-P4-3650-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card's availability :mmmfff:  but the most its Display Ports. It has 1 x mini HDMI, 2 x DVI with not even a single D-SUB PORT :peur: . My AOC monitor neither support HDMI nor DVI :colere: . If DVI to VGA Adatper or Convertor (For DVI-I) is available in my place then voila Im done. :welcome:

Those adapters are very common, I am sure you can find one. If not, we can pick a different card for you if you'd like. Certain manufacturers may have different connectors on the card.

Friends there is no GIGABYTE GV-N65TOC GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB available in the market. :fou:  I tried to contact several shops & retail sellers in my place but they are convincing to buy me another GFX card. :(  Damn man, I really loved that s***. It was definately to my choice of selection. Thanks to :ouimaitre:  axehead15 :ouimaitre:  :star: .
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
I searched quite a lot for its replacements but the effect is quite futile. Now I would really love some alternate GFX suggestions with the same specifications. How about AMD's??
P.S. I want the D-Sub Display Port & Power Consumption minimum (I just have 450W SMPS).
