Help please. Overheating GPU/CPU/FAN

I've read many different responses to topics started by others, I've ran virus/malware etc etc scans, then decided to OOB/factory reset my laptop. I have downloaded no files besides the heat monitors/temperature.

The above temperature is at idle. Could it be dust inside my GT 520m??? The heat seems to be coming from my HDD/memory side and not the fan side.

I have a QX411-wo1 Samsung made.

Scared as I was, i mustered the strength to open it up. Took off bottom cover using a (lol) spoon, screwdrivers x3, knife and flat head. Then i took off hardrive and discdrive. I sucked out the dirt with a (lol) vaccum and toilet paper, cleaned cover and wires as much as i could, loosened GPU and vent here the fan sucks/blows, spun the fan a few seconds (20-30) with the vaccum and finally tightened the screws back on the gpu but just barely. super tight=break.

Here's what it reads now:

TY guys

Thishas fixed my heating issue for the Samsung QX411. I hope anyone else with similar issues can resolve heir like me.
