this is the message that is in the readyboost tab "ReadyBoost is not enabled on this computer because the system disk is fast enough that readyboost is unlikely to provide additional benefit"

Windows did not ask me if I wanted it to do this or not it just did it. I want to know where the admin option is to enable it again so i can go back to using it.

More about : windows disabled readyboost felt

If your boot drive is a SSD, ReadyBoost gives no advantages at all, so Windows will disable it. I know of no way to arbitrarily turn it back on (there might be a registry hack, but why?)

because i actually do need the extra mem swapping space.... in linux you can have it set to use a partition for this in windows well it uses the main system drive ie what ever free space you have on it for this purpose instead of ram if the system does not have enough ram at least this is my understanding of disk swapping space. the problem is if you do not have enough space in ram or on the ssd the readyboost really REALLY does help.... the other thing is too i have been using ready boost with my ssd for some time now but after reinstalling windows today it thought it should disable the option and that is very very annoying. Even if I had enough free space or enough ram I honestly would still be VERY annoyed windows was disabling things without asking first.

Do you just need to increase the size of your virtual memory swap file?

that would imply enough disk space on the ssd. windows recomends i have over 40gigs free i do not have that much free my ssd is not that large and windows takes up a crap load of space hence the flash drive.

Hmmm. Perhaps a larger SSD (clone to it with Acronis or similar software) is your best choice, although of course that takes money...
