Hi all,
i have got a new MB Asus Maximus Extreme and when i installed my rams 4GBX4 1866 Mhz they are running at 933 Mhz @XMP. while im clocking my cpu @4.6 Mhz and DRAM target is 1866 which is automatically configured by X.M.P profiler.
Also when i oc'ed my cpu it runs 1600 Mhz on idle but on workload it hits 4.6 Mhz.
when i had my old MB with sandy bridge i5 i was oc'ing at stable 3.9 Mhz whether idle or under workload without any failures. Also my RAMs were running at the right freq which is 1866 Mhz
I am amateur oc'er and i need some advice here
