The only difference between the two you linked is the color but both are extensions, complete sets are available from the same website click the links.

Some sleeved cable sets of a different brand may be interchangeable, some may not.. you'd have to ask the seller... but the Sleeving Faq website has complete information on how to build your own custom set, information that may come handy to modify your set or fit any set to your PSU if it should come to that.

Do you want to sleeve your cables (best method) or just purchase extensions so the visible part looks good. If just wanting to purchase an extension then, yes, one is blue and 16" long and the other is black and 12" long, either simply plugs into the existing 24 pin connector and the other end into the motherboard. You can also get extensions for the 8 pin connector to give it color too. (I'm adding here that it is not an ideal solution - sleeving is better)
If considering resleeving your PSU completely, whatch a few videos on how it's done (it isn't as easy as they will make it look - practice does help) but it is a rewarding form of modding. SeaSonics are well built and among the harder PSU's to sleeve I've come across but it is possible and it can be fun - I can give you a list of inexpensive tools needed to tackle the job if wanted.

Yeah I just noticed they're both extension haha I would like to sleeve the ones I have as putting extension like the ones I listen would make more clutter in my case and I really don't want to do that.... @C12Friedman, yeah the would be cool if you can let me know of some tools I can use. I'm probably gonna look up videos and just see how its done, I don't wanna rush into it and mess up doing it.

This second vid shows using a pen insert to remove male molex pins http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cs-aTLleoL0 which only leaves SATA and female molex connectors to deal with - female molex are easy since you can see the retaining clip to bend it down to remove the pin - from 1:40 - 2:00 of this vid shows that http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jFiFXrPY0w you can ignore what he trying to accomplish there, the bobby pin or staple works there also, precision screwdriver not really needed.
Again, there are tools available and some sleeving kits even come with them but often enough they aren't really necessary
