the gtx 660ti will give u powerful performance (more than 7970)
 
Oh god. Since when did the 660ti out-perform the 7970? Please don't give out false info.
The build looks alright, no real major changes.
-Changed motherboards to a slightly better one.
-Caviar blue and black have the same performance, but the blue is cheaper.
-Cheaper low profile ram

The cpu cooler depends on how much you'll be ocing. For decent oc, the Hyper 212 EVO is a great choice. For most intense oc, you can go aircooler with the Noctua NH-D14 or you can go with a good closed loop cooler like the Corsair H100.
