Hello

Im going to buy my computer parts in china because it is cheaper and since i have a friend who is chinese. But im not sure if it can run a english Windows 7. Some people say all you need is an english copy of windows 7. Im really not sure please explain.

This is one area where Windows 7 Ultimate actually would come in handy since you can transpose the OS across like 100 different languages.

OS has nothing to do with the parts... it has to do with the language of the OS you install.

Keep one thing in mind, if you buy a Chinese power supply make sure that it has the ability to support your countries power standard. Most do, but keep that in mind. Some components are also not made to the same standards. I am thinking about PSP's and some cameras not working with certain types of memory cards. There are other examples too.
