What's the cheapest graphics card available right now that can run Arma 2 on ultra that my pc will not bottleneck?

Hello everyone! I'm thinking about upgrading my graphics card next week and need the cheapest graphics card that can run arma 2 on ultra.

My current computer specs:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 220
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz
Monitor resolution: 1360x768 (Might upgrade this down the road)
RAM: 4GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
PSU: 650Watt
My motherboard specs()

At the bottom of this program that tells me about my motherboard says

+1 and +1 to 650ti Boost

Also, I don't know that you will be able to play arma 2 on ultra with that CPU... it's not a well optimized game and is a known bear on CPUs

On heavily scripted/ modded servers, an AMD 965 OC to 3.8 will pull 35-50 fps. Like the others have said, Arma 2 (Bohemia titles in general) are poorly optimized and often require custom EXE start-up strings to even get that high.

At that resolution, you may likely pull it off, but @ 1920x1200 its an elusive beast

Wow, I have the same CPU but with a GTX 250. I'm trying to run ArmA 2 and 3, well, all ArmAs at a good performance and my G card is starting to sag. Got a gigabyte mobo, 4 G of ram. I was also suggested the GTX 650 ti. But with budget I might try and go a little higher. I want to also upgrade my card but in a while I will eventually upgrade to a i3 or i5.
