Normally I wouldn't reply to such stupid sentences, this is not even a question, but I just purchased a mobile hotspot and really enjoy mine. So, I figure that I will help you out and karma will come my way some day.
What is the model of the device that you are trying to change the password on? What phone company? Once I know that information I can look up the information online and walk you through the process.

Seems like the missing half of that sentence may be "on my neighbors hotspot"
Since there is no way to determine ownership of the network via the forums, it is against site rules to aid in the recovery of passwords of any kind. You would need to contact the carrier and get their assistance
