Hey guys, im thinking of replacing my hyper 212+ with 1 and a half year used corsair h50 since its really a good deal where i can sell my 212 and add around 5 dollars for it.

My only concern is if the pump ever fail after warranty period, would it hard to fix it myself? Anyone has any experience with h50 pump?

I've had my (in 2 different cases) for almost 3 years, got it not long after it went on sale. No issues at all. was on my AMD system first and now on my i7-2600k. I set it up with 2 fans, 1 hooked to the CPU fan controller and the other with a manual speed control. Works great.

Yep. That's the trade-off with air coolers; they're large, heavy, and ugly (especially in the case of a Noctua :p), but they cool better for cheaper and are miles more reliable.
