It only started happening recently, but sometimes my computer will loose signal to the monitor, the fan will go into over drive (unsure if GPU or CPU fan) and the PC will restart.
Its not a consistent thing, it can happen at any time, for example;
I will be playing a game, 5 minutes in and the problem will occur.
I could be editing in AAE6 and often the shutdown will happen.
Sometimes it even just happens when im browsing the web.

Mainboard: Asus P8Z68-V LX
Chipset: Intel Z68
Processor: Intel Core i7 2700K @ 3500 MHz
Physical Memory: 16384 MB (4 x 4096 DDR3-SDRAM )
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
Hard Disk : Seagate ST2000DL003-9VT166 ATA Device (2000GB)
Hard Disk : Western Digital WD2002FAEX-007BA0 ATA Device (2000GB)
CD-Rom Drive: ATAPI iHBS212 2 ATA Device
CD-Rom Drive: ATAPI iHBS212 2 ATA Device
Monitor Type: Samsung SAMSUNG - 22 inches
Network Card: Realtek Semiconductor RTL8168/8111 PCIe Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
Willing to try anything to help get this resolved, and open to suggestions.
