Wait hold up... you have conflicting specifications.

In one part you wrote "Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series"

and in another you wrote you have an AMD Radeon HD 6670.

These are vastly different cards...

And if you have a 6800 series card (either 6850 or 6870) I would not upgrade to anything less than a 7950. If you have a 6670 then that would be the first thing to upgrade to atleast an HD7850

The other upgrade path would be your CPU. Unfortunately, you chose an AMD bulldozer (FX-6100 CPU)...they weren't very powerful for gaming. You could upgrade this buy buying another AMD cpu in the piledriver seriess (FX-63xx, 83xx - pile driver has a 3 in the second digitm bulldozer has a 1). Or you can wait for AMD's next upgrade...steamroller, being released in the future (I am not sure when).

Why do you have two different cards installed? multiple monitors?

Then since you have a 6800 (still dont know if it is a 6850 or 6870) I would suggest trying to sell it online grab whatever cash you can for it, and buy the best card you have a budget for.
