Ram - go 1600 MHz
Ssd - either 840 pro/ ocz vector or intel 520, or go for cheaper one such as Plextor M5s, u wont feel the difference in speed that much unless u are benchmarking.
Hdd - blue vs black ~ warranty
PSU - good, if possible go for X-650

This is pretty much your build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PFNf I changed 3 parts, the dvd just cause I couldn't find the model you listed, but I have the one in the list and it's running perfectly for me. The mem I changed to Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 C9 (I have 16GB of this mem), and the PSU is slightly more money but it's a 650W 80+Gold cert and semi modular. The other Seasonic psu's were still around $150 for a 650W 80+Gold. You could also opt for the Samsung 840Pro for $150 (newegg) Your looking at about $1140 on Newegg so you have some wiggle room with your $1500 budget. I didnt know the exact model of the ssd so I just picked one that was the same series/size by Samsung.

Closed loop coolers are no better than good air coolers. OP is talking about a custom loop system. This will blow away any closed loop system you can buy.
