We need a lot more info than what you have provided.
1. CPU
2. Motherboard
3. Ram
4. Motherboard settings with cpu and Ram settings
5. What windows version
6. What Driver versions for both the hd670m and hd3000
7. What version Firefox
8. What exact laptop you have

Does windows/firefox give an error number?
Just a guess but maybe try disabling gpu hardware acceleration for flash videos..

Thank for your help.

My laptop is Dell n4110, CPU core i5 2.3, ram 4g,windows 7 (32bit). Currently i did not install any driver of AMD cause it have problem like i told and i use the latest version of HD3000. For firefox i use the latest version too.
I think my graphics has problem, i tried to install the latest version of driver but it still the same.

Hope you can help.

So you're saying your AMD GPU has no drivers? That's a very viable reason for crashing. You NEED to have GPU drivers for your GPU to work. The laptop switches from the Intel HD Graphics 3000 to the AMD HD6470M when higher performance is needed.

Thank for reply.

Like i told, i already setup Driver AMD before i uninstall it. This is the problem when i setup driver AMD it will switches to use AMD's GPU. When my computer use AMD's GPU i can't play video youtube on Firefox (can play on internet explorer) and i can't open any game, it will shut down immediately and out the blue screen. Now i uninstall it and use only Intel HD and it work normal but just can not play game.

Most likely you have to use the dell driver for your GPU's because they like to make things difficult for laptop users that have more than one gpu from different vendors. So go to the dell website and look up your laptop and download the newest drivers and see if that helps any..

Hi

I tried like what you said but it is the same it could not fix but i just knew one thing. When i installed driver GPU's AMD and switches to use AMD. I could use it if i didn't restart my computer. After i restarted my computer, it still had that problem.
