hi Guys , Does Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard support PCI Express 3.0 x 16 ? because im planning to buy HD 7750 1GB DDR5 Graphic Card for this .. pls suggest .

It will not matter. An HD 7750 is a lower end card that would not be bottlenecked by a PCI-E 1.0 slot much less a 2.0 slot. Even the highest end cards like the GTX 680 and HD 7970 only gain a few FPS ( less than 10% ) by using a PCI-E 3.0 slot over a 2.0 slot.
