Hi there all, so I've brought a GTX 660 ti OC 3GB and brought a corsair HX 650 to support it, I have installed both bits myself and all seems to work. I.e. turn ect

Now my games were lagging in game for brief moments which I thought crazy given the card I'm using it was very small lag spikes, so I uninstalled the drivers and re installed them.

Now when my system loads up it seems to revert to a windows 2000 display and tells me event manager won't load (I'm using windows 7)

I'm using the cables provided by nvidia to connect to the corsair 2x4 pin and I am nt sure what I've done wrong.

I'm running ipower g5800 system by Packard bell (I would add that for some reason the heatsink seems quite loud all of a sudden also)

I read in a thread about the integrated graphics card may need disabling via BIOs but haven't had time to look yet but I did uninstall in and took all drivers off with drive sweeper

Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can try it when I get home today!

Last resort will be a factory restore

hey try restarting ur system once more..
yes u must disable the onboard bios.. here is the way to do it

its really simple just re-boot ur system.. press the key that says "press ----- for bios" to change the bios. den just navigate around and it will be der integrated graphics,, just disable,, den save and exit

or just go to device manager (ryt click on my computer there will be device manager and disable the integrated graphics)

install all the drivers and stuff properly once again BETTER RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR WHILE INSTALLING AND DOWNLOAD THE LATEST DRIVERS FROM NVIDIA WEBSITE. hope it helps..
