I got an Asrock Extreme4 MB and an i7-3770k, with h100i

Should i get.

You'd be best served just getting a cheap set of Ripjaws. I think they run about 60-70$.
The difference you'll see in performance between the ones you listed and standard 1600mhz DD3 is minimal, so the extra money really isn't worth it.

If you want to pick one of those though, get the 1866 set--it's cheaper.
