How much RAM does BioShock Infinite need...?

BioShock Infinite.
Max settings.

How much RAM do I need?

Will i see any issues with 8GB?
(i5-3750k and 7950 GPU)

That's plenty you wont have any problems as far as memory goes.

Nope. Games tend to be coded to the lowest common denominator - in our case 32-bit O/S - to keep the potential sales market as large as possible, 8GB will give you loads of space to have whatever you normally have running and Bio.

This is now, but for instance EA(I think) has already promised that some of their upcoming games will require a 64 bit OS

Indeed - and I hope that PS4 / Xbox whateveritscalled will help usher in true 64-bit gaming rather then 32-bit game engines on a 64-bit platform, but the original question was about Bioshock Infinite, which is not a 64-bit only title :)
