ont thing is .. i feel de both are almost the same.. if u dnt mind spilling some extra shilling and wanna get a big screen experience go for the second one : http://www.umart.com.au/pro/products_listnew.phtml?id=10&id2=143&bid=2&sid=100964

then if u r tyt on budget but need a hdmi monitor with all the goods of full hd first one(21") will be fine,,
if u dnt mind payin a bit extra for a better experience go for the second (23") one

21.5" is basic for full 1080pi..

The 1st product (21.5 inch monitor) has full specs.
The 2nd product (23 inch monitor) has almost no product details.

I'd be willing to bet that they are comparable and of similar quality, both being LG products. The 23 inch monitor has a 3 year warranty.

I found both products listed on newegg with more detail:
1. 21.5 inch monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005363

2. 23 inch monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005284

The 3 year warranty on the 23 inch monitor is nice, so is the anti-glare extra.

I think the extra $5-$10 that it costs for the 23 inch monitor is worth it for the extra screen space.
