What does this latency mean in my context? Do you say that the lowest common denominator of CL9@1333 and CL11@1600 is CL11@1333, which means performance worse than CL9@1333 and the feeling that you have purchased a better-than-before part overweights the fact that the net performance results in worse-than-before due to that? Is it because there will be less good parts for the systems where it can be beneficial? Do you address the aspect of ecology, which means efficient utilization of common resource?

Not so.

If your Mobo supports Max module as 1333, then having 1600 module will automatically downgraded to 1333.

So, consuming 1600 makes no sense? Why envy14tpe says that there is a difference in this case?
