windows 7 boot in safemode only

hi mates, i can't figure it out the error in my computer i searched already in this site but i can't figure it out i got an error in my device manager. I hope this will be the culrit.. I always checkdisk via safe mode to boot in normal and randomly in boot in normal mode; somestimes not

so this is the picture i cant figure it out this device

check on the motherboard or computer manufacturer website for drivers

the IrDA should have nothing to do with your computer booting into Safe Mode.

download the hard drive manufacturer's diagnostic software and check your drive.

another problem to my computer is that whenever it goes to normal boot
when i go to windows programs (msconfig, device manager) it hangs and
i cant access on it "it says the service could not...."
