Intel DH55TC supports upto 16GB of memory. It has 4 slots and max per slot is 4GB. The amount of memory you need depends on the applications you run. So if you are using memory intensive softwares like 3D then 8GB - 16GB should be fine else any below 8GB will do. But i'd say go with 8GB (2 x 4GB).

If you haven't upgrade the memory yet, then check the following links (for Kingston brand) - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-HyperX-1333MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B004DDI0IE
http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technology-ValueRAM-KVR1333D3E9SK2-8G/dp/B002T3JN0Y
If you need other brand memory then check the following:

Good luck with the upgrade. Cheers, mate!!
