So I needed a graphics card upgrade in order to run higher end games. My computer came standard with a nvidia gt 620. I uninstall the drivers to that and unplug the card. Now I install the new card a Nvidia 650ti. When I boot the computer my monitor goes into stand by mode and I don't see anything but a black screen. My power supply is a 650 watt which is enough to run the card. Could this be a windows 8 issue?
