opinion on this components, im trying 2 build a gaming pc that can run current gen games on ultra, but still be able 2 upgrade

thats my current car on newegg .. its on a total of $840 dollars . A friend of mine also tells me not to go on intel .. instead go with AMD cause as far has i can see AMD is almost has good as intel but its also a lot cheaper and people tell me it has more chances of burning it self up easier.. im not a big know it all on computers... just looking to build a monster pc that if possible it could still be upgraded even more for the next 10 years or so. Stick with the 3570k, do not go for a Rosewill PSU, you are asking for trouble there. You will likely have to upgrade just about everything but the case, PSU, and disk drives (maybe RAM too, DDR4 coming soon though) before 10 years. That MOBO socket is out of life at this point.

If you're desperate to have your new gaming PC now, then your build looks great, however it may be wise to downgrade your mobo to something like the Asrock Extreme4 or Gigabyte Z77X-D3H to save yourself some money, and then upgrade your GPU to the 7870 instead.

If you think you could hold out until June/July-ish, then the new Intel CPUs are going to be released, which will have the new motherboard socket, meaning you could upgrade from Haswell to Broadwell without changing your motherboard. Just a suggestion. :)
