Iv always loved the Asus maximus V gene functional and aesthetically pleasing aswell. The gtx 680 is the better choice for higher minimum frame rates and support for physx , and way better driver suppourt and releases then AMD.

I wouldn't get either the Sabertooth or the GENE-Z especially if you're building a full tower system. I never like to use mATX boards in full ATX configurations.
