I have 2 gb ddr2 6400 kingston value ram rated for 1.8V, i tried to set the timings in the bios as low as possible with a little voltage increase of 0.1 while having no errors during memtest86+ and windows memory diagnostic tool. I setteled for 10(TRAS)-11(TRC)-5(TWR) those were the only ones that could be modified and still be able to boot. Pc was stable at those values no matter what i threw at it until i ran teamviewer and got a really nasty BSOD, reading the memory dump i saw the cause was "page frame number (PFN) list is corrupted". Is this PFN something crucial to the OS that i have to reinstall Windows ? Also which of the 3 timings i modified is most susceptible to instability so i can increase the value a little, the default values were 18(TRAS)-23(TRC)-6(TWR) or do i just need to give it a little more voltage ?
