Which one of these would go better with my extreme gaming build?

i7 2600k
HD 7870 Crossfired
4x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
(only what matters if you want more of the build ask)

The Maximus Gene V, I think is the one you mean. Its all about the features that most interest you.

Its about $35 more then the GD65 and its a MATX motherboard. It does have 2 more USB 3.0 on it and a eSata port, and a more advanced audio the SupremeFX III.

The GD65, is a full size ATX so it has more expansion slots 7 vs 3 + a mini for the Asus. It has 2 more Sata 2 ports, and Coaxial S/PDIF Out.

Me, I'd get the MSI and put the $35 towards getting a SSD. Like a SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW 2.5" 128GB for $150 or a SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5" 256GB for $230.
