Recover deleted partition

Hi
I got a problem. I was resizing drives,and during this i lost my all data of drive E. After that i make it unallocated and then make it new drive. Now is it possible to recover my all the data exactly in same position?

I did the same thing to my file backup drive a while ago, needless to say I was livid

Hopefully you haven't placed any files on the drive since you lost the partition.

Have you written anything new on this drive?
In fact, nowadays, the simple deletion or formatting cannot actually wipe all your data on drive completely as long as you have not written new data to overwrite it.
If so, you could search "partition recovery tool" on the internet and opt for a right one according to your own needs. You should know that different recovery tools can has different data recovery results. You are supposed to put much more attention to land an efficient one, if you still want to restore your data back.
Next, you should be much more careful about all your important data. In my opinion, your best bet is to keep all your important data backed up all the times.
