So according to Microsoft. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-system/about-the-problem-bccode-3b-bcp1-00000000c0000005/01ce54d0-43e0-479e-b06e-a2aafefe7ec6?msgId=a73107b8-1568-40f9-badd-4ce9b3145d5d
The 3b error your getting on the bsod is typically related to the Graphics Drivers. I'd do a clean wipe of the drivers currently installed. Use a sweeper like 3d guru or something, don't just "uninstall" it never gets all the pieces. And then get the latest (non beta) drivers and reinstall.

Temps look good.
For troubleshooting drop your proc back to stock settings (no oc)
Run memtest on your ram. memtest.org Are you certain it's actually running at 2133 or is the board down clocking it? Ive seen a lot of BSOD issues with RAM where you need to manually set the timings. You can check what it's at with CPU id or w/e your using to measure your temps most likely.

For logs you go... Right click computer > manage > event viewer. In the event viewer application and system are going to give you the most details. Dig through there for errors (especially ones pertaining to system shutdowns) see what info they provide.

you were right after a reinstall of my graphics drivers it runs idle without BSOD. THanks. One other question is there another way to run memtest other than burning it to a disc and running it

Good to hear :).
You can also put it on a usb driver (flash drive) and run it from there... You'd have to boot to it like you would a disk. There are probably other memory testing programs that you can instal and run from the desktop. I don't know of any off hand thou.

You'll have to manually set the speeds. It's very common for that cause BSOD's as well just FYI.
Search for google there a lot of guides on how to do it. I couldn't walk you through it haven't really messed with it much myself.
