how fast should my OS boot from start up

I just clocked it and it was 30 sec from when i pushed the power button, yesterday i started up and it seemed a lot faster the windows symbol did not even com together before it went to my desktop, no it is that a 3-4 sec difference.


win7 64, i5 3570k, asus p8z77 pro mobo, 8gb ram 256 gb samsung 840 pro ssd, 1 tb seagate hdd 2 gtx 660ti's,800w ps.

I have 133 gb free on my drive, and have almost no programs running on start-up, what do u think the problem is?

yea i am using stata6 and the OS is on th SSD
