Dell optiplex gx 620 need gpu help please

Hello, i have a dell optiplex gx620 small form factor. Im currently using the stock integrated graphics and i want to upgrade to somthing that can play minecraft realy well. Whats the Absolute best low profile graphics card i can get for $60.00 and under??? Im running a 305watt psu but i dont know if its upgradable. Thanks for any help!!

Make sure that whatever you choose will work with your power supply (that it the power supply has the right power connectors for the card).
