Not really sure. Whatever would be best for a fairly cheap price

You can't buy a resolution. A resolution is how many pixels are on the monitor, basically. My monitor has a resolution of 1920x1080, meaning it has 1920 pixels left to right and 1080 from up to down, this is also an HD resolution hence the 1080 part. To check your resolution in Windows 7 you right click on your desktop and click screen resolution.

And if you are looking to buy a monitor Newegg would be a good start. Well researching would be first. I'm not a monitor guy.
