random blue screens?

i have had about 2 blue screens in the past three days and i don't know what the problem might be?

We can't really just magically pull an answer out of our ears for you, bud.

What are your computer's specs, including operating system, when have these stop errors occurred, and what is the stop code presented?

This is a super generic answer, but you need to figure out if it's an issue with your hardware or software.

Run the computers built in diagnostics (we can tell you how if you give us the make/model).

Scan for spyware/viruses.

Any information from the blue screen would help. The mini-dump file is located here: C:\Windows\Minidump

Also, run memtest. The fact that you're running 12GB of ram in uneven numbers could easily amplify any instabilities.
