So when I bought this keyboard, it worked perfectly, and typed beautifully as it was my first mechanical. My CM Storm Quickfire Rapid with MXBrowns has proved me that mechanicals are very different. However, ever since getting a new computer, I've encountered a problem. My keyboard is no longer working in Windows but only in my BIOS. It will light up for boot, then stop, when Windows starts up. I've established that the KB is not the problem, I tried it on my laptop. How fix?

Kind of a strange one.
Try a different USB port. Try one in the front instead of the back of your PC. We just want to rule the port or the controller out as an issue.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling it in device manager. Maybe the driver is bad or there is an issue with it.
Contact tech support: http://www.cmstorm.com/en/support/32/

If you feel adventurous (or if you have a spare hard drive), you could reinstall your copy of Windows.

I'd love to say that would work but I tried all of the ports before and it did not work.

Currently whenever I plug it in, Windows says that the drivers were not installed properly. When I checked, I could see no obvious signs of a downloadable driver from the CM Storm website and I'm in the process of contacting Tech Support now.
