First a little about myself.
I'm just a gamer 14 years old
I know a bit about computers and thats why I need help upgrading my CPU.

My specs: http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/3347/specsa.png
Don't mind the requirements it's just a quick picture from CanYouRunIt.com

What I want to upgrade to:
Intel Core i5 3570K / 3.4 GHz Processor

You can also find it here:
http://www.computersalg.dk/produkt/606145/intel-core-i5-3570k-34-ghz-4-cores-

It's a danish website so if you are danish you can help me with that too.

Here is the socket for it: LGA1155 Socket

I want a motherboard that can make everything fit and I just want some help from you guys because im not that good at PC's and stuff.

Thanks.

Solution
yes 4gb of ram would be fine
and with that motherboard will work but if you will be overclocking there will not be any head room with that motherboard
and no problem
