The dimensions of the card are 8.15" x 4.13" x 1.38". The Fractal Design Core 1000 Case Specs say that it will hold graphics cards up to a length of 210mm (8.26") when using both HDD slots in the removable HDD tray and up to 350mm when using only the top HDD slot in the removable HDD tray. It should be fine.

Hi,
This radeon is 210mm in length and this case supports GPU cards up to 210mm when removable HDD case is in place.
It may be that you can fit it, but only just. I don't know how will power cable fit. Maybe they have predicted that part. But really no one can tell other than someone who has it or fractal design.
