sapphire hd 7950 vapor-x

Is the sapphire hd 7950 vapor-x still worth getting since I've heard a lot of people complaining about how it is voltage locked but if I don't plan on OC'ing to the max is it still worth getting or is there something better?

the vapor-x has some voltage locked models(ones in circulation are probably voltage locked by now, can be changed by bios flash if necessary). Other problems are that some people have bad vram coolers. If you get one without that problem, its a solid card. Best is also subjective to preference on temperature, or preference on sound.

So I guess it's just a luck of the draw but I think i'll go with the dual-x instead of the vapor-x thanks guys...
