Hey guys I just got back from the shop after I bought my new graphics card annd MOBO. I let them assemble my PC in the shop because I have little to know about computers. When I got home I plugged everything up and turned on the PC. After that it said Windows Error Recovery, Windows has failed to start. Recent hardware or software change might me the cause.
and it leaves me 2 choices one is the launch startup repair which does absolutely nothing. And the other one is start your computer normally. But when i choose start your computer normally it just loops again to this menu. So, How can i fix this guys? Do i have to spend money again? This setup just over-boarded my budget. I don't mind formatting this because i have no files in it.

Thanks and you comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The drivers for your motherboard are wrong preventing the operating system from operating the computer correctly. If you have the windows disk you can repair the OS. Then it will work. If you need help doing his then. Message me. :)

Well, I don't have a Windows disk man. My friend just hooked me up with one. I know you can make a system repair disk from your other computer that has win7. Will that work?

Nah man. But if reinstalling windows 7 would fix it, I would call my friend to come over.

Check to make sure your bios settings are correct and are stating that you have a ide/ahci/sata try all, as sometimes the hard drive cant be read properly unless it is in the correct setting.

Look at this: http://

Soo I should fully reinstall the Windows 7? I don't have any files in the hardisk anyway.
So should that fix the problem? Because I don't want to spend anymore money.
