Hi. So I'm using a 2 bay external hard drive dock. If I turn on the dock while it's plugged into my computer and my computer is on, I hear the drives spin up and then turn off. If I re-plug the computer end of the esata cable or the dock is on before the computer is turned on, everything works fine but this is a pain. How can I make it so the drives stay on without needing to replug the dock?
