Which card for Bioshock Infinite?

I would like to play Bioshock Inifite on 1080p on Very High or Ultra settings.

I would like to ask how would my old 9600GT fare with this game at 1080p? And with budget around 120$, what card would be better? HD7750 or GTX 650? How much of an improvement would that be over the 9600 GT?

I have Core 2 Duo 2400 Ghz with 7GB of RAM. Enought PSU power of 550W.

Thanks!

No matter what graphics card you get, you will never be able to play at 1080p on Ultra high settings, or even high settings for that matter, with that CPU.

What settings are you playing it on now and how many FPS are you getting?

I have not bought the game yet. The last "performance demanding" game I played was Assassin's Creed 2, which I had no problem maxing out. Upgrading the CPU is not an option, as I would have to replace MB and RAM also. Given the CPU is immutable, it would be bigger bottleneck than my current 9600GT?

Assassins Creed 2 Came out almost 4 years ago, and Bioshock Infinite is a HUGE step up.

But, you can upgrade your graphics card and you will get some performance boost. Get into a Radeon HD 7770 or a GTX 650. Provided your CPU can keep up, you can expect a 50% performance increase.
