If your Bittorent client starts automatically with Windows, that can be tested, so is the antivirus.

Why not remove Bittorent from the startup list and monitor the performance. Then disconnect from the internet and close the AVG antivirus. Let the system be idle for a few minutes and see what happens.

There are some variation of malware called rootkit that are usually not detected by a common free antivirus. Check these free but powerful tools to allocate hidden threads or services that could be running in the background and causing the memory drain:

Gmer

Stinger:

Hi, there are many scenarios to your problem. You say you modified the startup programs in msconfig, that's the first step. The high CPU consumption could be coming from a virus or malware. Did you perform a complete system scan? If you just booted Windows and getting CPU over 60% something is wrong.

Try this:

- Disable Indexing Service in services.msc, the IS takes a lot of memory and CPU usage and it's not really useful. This will not disable your Windows Search.

- Perform a complete scan just in case (Kaspersky and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware).

- Disable startup items one by one (except Microsfot services) and see if the CPU usage is better.

I scaned my computer for virus and malware and nothing.
Can it be caused by Antivirus(AVG 2013 Free) or Bittorrent?
My CPU is over 60% first 1-3 minute , later he is fine, but RAM is all the time more than 1GB.
