will the amd hd 7750 run crysis 3 full graphics with an i5 quad core 3.5 Ghz turbo boost 4.0 Ghz 8 GB ram, iKNOW THE PROCESSOR IS NOT SLOW SO NOT A PROBLEM, OR THE RAM ITS JUST THE GRAPHICS CARD IM NOT SURE ABOUT

So yes you should be able to play medium settings.

If by "full graphics", you mean ultra settings then no. even the Titan or 7970 struggle with with.

Also depends on the resolution your playing at and other stuff.

But medium settings should be fine for you. anything above that and you'll start to notice hits to your FPS.

(SO CAN YOU RUN IT?)-Yes you can probaly run crysis 3 on medium with some high settings! Have fun gaming.
