This game was working fine up to 4 days ago, I've spend last 2 days trying many different troubleshoot and still no luck.
i5-3570k, ASrock z77 extreme4, 8gb corsair ram, xfx 7970 ghz, seasonic-x 850w, windows 7 64-bit,
few things I've tried:verify game cache(keep getting 12.5MB even if I don't launch the game and verify again), reinstalled game and steam, run at no overclock, beta 13.3 catalyst, run as admin steam, run as admin on the borderlands2.exe, run compatible xp sp3, shouldn't be overheat max 54C on CPU and 67C on GPU, have run fan at full speed to make sure,
This game crashes anytime from load up to ~20 minutes in, it doesn't freeze and grey out, doesn't blue screen, just straight up shut down the pc like the power went out and all the fans stop, then reboot and say didn't shut down correctly. This game was fine 4 days ago, I had work late day after that so didn't play then problem started 2 days ago. Thanks for help
edit: after messing around with the resolution setting, I've found that 800x600 and lower resolution work with no crash, 1024x768 and higher will crash and higher it is faster it crash, full screen vs windowed mode didn't make a difference
