BIOS/Windows will not load

My MOBO is a ASROCK A75M-ITX. Chasis fan was running a little loud so I tried to adjust it in BIOS but the screen would get stuck on the post screen. I tried to access it via the boot screen but when it got to BIOS, it would just freeze again. I opted to try and update BIOS via the manufacturer's instructions via Windows. Now, it stays stuck in the post screen and wont load Windows or go into boot/Bios.

Im also on Windows 7, if that helps.

Got BIOS to load via Instant Flash and waiting to see if this accomplishes anything...story developing.


Edit: Well, that couldn't have gone worse. It updated BIOS but after it finished and asked me to push any button to reset, the monitor went black but the pc was still running. I let it sit for a bit and it did nothing. I hit the manual reset button and did nothing. Power button too. I sat for a bit before I eventually just disconnected it from the wall. When I pulled it back it, it started up immediately but nothing on screen. Power/Reset still unresponsive.

Best to avoid flashing if it you do not have a stable system since the chance of bricking is high.
