wireless AND BLUETOOTH issue

Most laptops have a switch or button that will turn off wireless and bluetooth.
Most likely case is that you flipped that switch or hit that button and didn't even know.
Look at your laptop's manual to figure out which button or switch it might be.
If you don't have a physical copy of the manual go to the website of the manufacturer and they will likely have it available in PDF.

Like dark said, you most likely hit a key combo. A lot of laptops have the Function key (fn). FOr example, I can turn the wireless on/off by hitting Fn +F3.

This is the assumption the issue is with your laptop and not with your wireless router. Are you able to access wireless with other devices?
