Increasing RAM USAGE!

i have bought HP i7 dv7 laptop with 8 GB RAM ... BUT the RAM usage max. is 2.3 GB out of 8 GB....how can i increase this Usage...and the speed of my laptop???

I'm not quite sure what you mean by ram usage and increasing it. Are you saying that Windows is only stating that 2.3gb of ram is available? What are you looking at that is telling you what the ram usage is?
Windows will use what ever the application needs to operate and you can't force it to use more. I look at the resource monitor while a game is being played on my computer and of the 16gb of ram only 5gb is being used and that's what is needed to play that game and run other processes in the background. This cannot be changed and force Windows to use more of the 16gb even though I would like it to do that.

To increase the speed of your laptop you would need to overclock it. You can try lowering the amount of hard drive space that Windows can use as a page file. (virtual memory)
